Will the gift orders pollute my revenue reports?
Nope! All Shopify orders generated by your gift links use a special discount code and are tagged, so that you can filter them out in your Shopify reports and BI integrations.
Do you store my customers’ information?
We don’t. Your customers’ information only lives in Shopify. Any customer information you see in the Sprout dashboard is read in real-time from the Shopify API.
